Terms of Use

These terms cover the ASLTrack tracking website and the tracking API.

1. What this service is

ASLTrack publishes tracking numbers and delivery progress for shipments registered with us. Using this site does not create a contract of carriage between you and ASLTrack, and ASLTrack is not the party that agreed to deliver your parcel. Questions about an order, a refund or a return belong with the seller you bought from.

2. Accuracy

Tracking information is published as we receive it. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may change. We do not warrant that tracking information is complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may correct it at any time. If a tracking page looks wrong to you, please tell us.

3. Access

A tracking number is the only thing required to view a shipment, as is normal for carriers. You should therefore treat a tracking number as information you share only with people you want to see the shipment.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to discover tracking numbers you were not given, including by guessing, enumerating or scanning.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, or to place a load on the service that interferes with other users.
  • Do not attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not published here.

Automated access to the API is welcome within the documented rate limits. If you need more, ask us rather than working around them — see contact.

5. Information we publish

A tracking page shows the status of a shipment, its dated event history, and locations at city and state level. It does not show the recipient's name or street address. Tracking pages are excluded from search engine indexing.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this service, including the API, and we may change these terms. Material changes to the API are published as a new API version rather than applied to an existing one.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ASLTrack is not liable for loss arising from reliance on tracking information, from delays in delivery, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
