Three things worth knowing

  • No account needed

    A tracking number is the only key. There is no sign-up and no sign-in, so the number can be handed to anyone who needs to see the shipment — and to nobody else.

    What the number looks like

  • City and state only

    The recipient's name and street address are never published on a tracking page — and never stored in the tracking system at all. What is not held cannot leak.

    What a page shows, and what it never shows

  • Updated as the parcel is scanned

    Tracking moves when a parcel is scanned, not continuously. Between two scans the page can stay unchanged for a day or more. That is normal.
